Honda has quality control figured out. Just picked up a couple honda rukus scooters. They hadn't been ran for a couple years. In typical fashion they fired up easily. Gotta love hondas.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

It is very difficult to complain about honda equipment. This past summer a friend was having trouble getting his 27 year old lawn mower started. The original spark plug had failed. So. I guess it is a NGK issue not Honda. lol

What a great thread this has become

Couldn't agree more. Bigtime Honda Fanboy here. Currently in the process of trying to size the right coffee can for our exhausts on the vehicles

From what I can tell from the guys around the Edmonton area. The best fart can on a civic is a donair warmer. I hear 30255.57mm for a header length provides the best back fires and pops. I hope this helps with your fancy Acura.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

LOL!!! That's quite the headerlength

Don't forget Jeff.. they tune for lots of top end to throw stones the furthest on those unpaved roads in Alberta. Here, we tune to be Grannie Pavement Beaters ... all about torque

Soon Honda will be introducing road paving equipment for Alberta.
