I had a nice long discussion with Trevor last night about covering.
My original plan was to use Ultracote. Basically for 2 reasons.

#1) I am familiar with it. More so than Monocote.
#2) I like the "True Red" color of Ultracote more than monocote.

I have been reading other threads and hearing form others about Monocote and how it is prefered.
I have been going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted to stick with Ultracote, or trade it in for Monocote.
After speaking with Trevor I decided to stick with what I am familiar with for the completion of this build.

So without further adieu ........ Here is the start of my covering.
It is the left stab. Took me about 2 hours. I still need to seal the hinge gap.

Were U trying to get a hold of my father? He's not an RCC member but I can ask him to join if you REALLY want to talk to him?

Colour scheme looks great. I like the carbon fibre weave black you chose but I saw one fopaue on the bottom of the stab........ shouldn't the Durant box been painted white not red?

Other then that it's scaleguy approved.... carry on!

Open the PDF on your screen then just do a screen shot and save it as a jpeg file.

Do a search on the web for a program called "printkey2000". It's far superior to your standard windows clipboared.

I left it red on purpose. Not really sure why.....But I did

My plans to do the verticle stab and rudder tonight got derailed.
After I marked everything out and made the template. I pulled out the roll of red Ultracote and found i didn't have enough
I knew i would need more before I did the hatch and wings. But I thought I had enough for the rudder.
Oh well. Pick up 3 rolls tomorrow. But I did do the rudder bevel and the bottom.
I also glued and sanded the balsa caps on the wing tips. It seems I forgot to do them earlier and never noticed
