I just picked up 2 RV-4 ARF Kits from the airport they arrived from Germany [Grupp-modellbau ] . One of them i will build and the other is for Ralph B.

I am working on the Landing Gear ant Tail wheel assembly first i will post pictures of that later

I got the landing gear ,wheel pants ,gear fairings installed .
The axle is a 6 mm bolt with a wheel collar then a lock nut and a second lock nut to secure the axle to the Gear.
I will take the wheel pants of for the rest of the built so they do not get damage.

The tail wheel assembly came with wood screws . The wood to attach the gear was not hard wood so i decided to make up a plywood plate with Blind nuts that goes on the inside of the Fuse.

Tonight i did some work on the stabs . Installed servos and made up linkages .
I cut out the covering where the control horns go and trial fit the horns.
then i sanded the horns and painted them .
