Hyperion Hayate KI-84 40E

This is my latest project. Installed a Eflite Power 46 and will be running a CC 100amp ice esc on 5s. Put in a dumby radial from a top flight P-47, Modded the wings to have split flaps and dropped in a set of eflite 46 size etracts. Next thing i have to do is make and install exhaust pipes and about 2 days worth of weathering and hopefully maiden next weekend.

Ha, Actually this one has them already on the fuse. I have to just fill in every rivet with a dark gray then i will airbrush and wipe the staining on it. The wings are just plain so i will have to measure off all panel lines and rivets. Will post pics when i start it later this week.

Re: Hyperion Hayate KI-84 40E

Just took this pic to show the difference from wings to fuse. Fuse is molden fibreglass so detailing wing is going to be abit tougher. But should be fun to do.

May the wings stay on as intended and the pilot survive the landing

Thanks Max. Started on the weathering now. Will make the exhaust pipes when this is all done.

VERY NICE!

I wish I had your skills

When able - could you upload a picture of wing from back side (to see flaps and ailerons). Max mentioned flap mods but I could not see them in finished pics

Tks
