Thumbs up January Offroad Race

I was invited to let all of you know about a race here in the states in Columbus Ohio presented by Columbus Radio Controled Racing Club "CRCRC". Some of you have made the trek in the past and I hope you will again. We will be having it in a much better facility this year with all the needed ammenities, heat, paved parking, hotels and ventilation.

For those of you who have not attended before we put on what I feel is the worlds largest indoor offroad event anywhere. We will have probably 550-600(or more) entries for this event for nitro and electric which will be run on seperate weekends. Team Losi and Team Associated and RC Extreme have all committed to be at these events along with many other sponsors. Losi and AE will be sending the top dogs to challenge any and all comers. As in the past the racing will be incredible with different tracks for gas and electric with a no holds barred layout, you will need to have your "A" game on. This is not a Roar Race but MOST Roar rules are followed to keep the playing field even.

Feel free to visit our web site and read all the details. www.crcrc.com

Looking forward to racin you guys, and gals if any. Also feel free to visit the forums and ask any questions you may have.

Hope to see you there!!!

I go to this event every year. Its unlike anything you've ever seen. The competition there is fierce. Its a challenge just to make the D's!!! CRCRC's club racers could make the show anywhere in the country. Let alone when Drake, Robbers, Saxton, and other pro drivers show up. I know a ton of our guys are going. (FTR, ARRP crew) Would really like to see some familiar fast guys from your way..(Endler, Henry, Parent, McKay, Devries, etc.) come down as well. It will be quite a weekend, hope to see you all there....DB

rick, you really won't burn up tires! just bring tires that are soft and have small pins!! the entry is like $55 us and $55 for a 2nd class as far as hotels go they can range any where from $50 to $75! i will post more in a bit
