june-bug Guest Join Date: Jul 2004 Feedback: 0 / 0% Posts: 152 Total Props: 0	DA 50 con-rod issues???? Anyone know of any carb issues with the newer production of DA50's. I was at the SMAC funfly today talking to a few people about an engine choice for my new H9 Extra 260 and mentioned the DA and eyeballs started getting larger and a mention was made more than once about new DA 50's having a con-rod issue...Is this true, and if so, does anyone have any other recommendations on engine choice. The manual specifies a 180-220 4-cycle or lightweight 50cc gas. It shows installation for the DA, but I don't want to lose an aircraft from deadsticks as this is my first 27% size and I would like to try my hand at gas.
