Trex 250 spinning in circles??

I purchased this trex 250 ( flybarred ) on this forum last year. I got all servos going in the right direction and the gyro seemed to function properly when i moved the tail side to side by hand. I just recently spooled it up and it just spins in a circle. I reversed the gyro and rudder and got the same results. I was never great at gyro setups i was wondering if anyone could tell me what im doing wrong. Im also not to familiar with heading hold and gyro rate modes setup. Thanks in advance for any help. By the way its a spartan quark gyro and im using a dx6 radio.

Re: Trex 250 spinning in circles??

The main rotor turns clockwise and the tail should go counter closewise. Also the rebound on the gyro must compensate against the torque. When you push the tail to the right the tail blades should automatically go left.

You push the stick left the tail blades should go right, but if you then push the tail right then the blades should compensate and go left. Understand what I am saying or no?

Ok, sometimes the belt is put on wrong and the tail blades spin the wrong direction causing it to spin out of control, the rebound also does this. Turn the main blades by hand clockwise is the tail going counter?

Ok here goes. Yes the main blades are rotating clockwise and the tail blades counterclockwise trailing edge down. The thing is when i plug the batt in the tail blades are all the way to full left position and the servo is not 90 degrees. Its more like 45 pointing to the nose. I assume i need to remove the servo horn and put it in the center.
