Hey guys,

Well, it's been a while since our last post regarding this new track proposal in Brampton. The reason for the wait was because the owner of the property was waiting for an answer from a real estate agent regarding the purchase of his property by developers. They gave him an offer he couldn't refuse we guess...done. This isn't the end though folks...we are still in talks with the owner and he is still interested in building a track, he is actually going to FastCats to check out their track to get an idea of the hobby and the business of R/C.

This is unfortunately all we have for you at this time. We actually got insurance applications all ready to be signed, a time schedule and potential sponsors.

Hey Firefox.. there is no bad news there at all.. You have someone interested in learing and supporting the hobby. It's only as set-back.. no thumbs down at all.

Thanks Spond...it isn't the end, but who knows when it might happen. Might be some time before then...anyway, going to be a real bummer when I call the insurance rep and tell her that we have to hold off after all her great help and the help of the underwriter to insure us. Well at least we know where we can go back, and we now have at least 3 contacts if we do need the insurance.
