i would take a hpi anyday!! thats why i have one lol!
but the losi i think is better to mod. i would stay away from the kingmotors 1/5.. they are marketed as hpi compatible but they are ----. also redcat is pretty ---- with their other stuff but the 1/5 are decent. |

I own Losi and hpi and fg's and even a all original traxxas 5th scale monster buggy, I would trade or sell my hpi's in a heartbeat for all losi's without a blink of an eye. Hpi bajas are fun but when losi brought the 5iveT to market majority of 5th scalers sold bajas and went the losi route.
