There really is not much left to do.
- install the motor and pipes (throttle servo and links were finished tonight)
- install the fuel tank and plumbing (using a fortitude tank so it's plug'n'play)
- install the receiver and batteries (I'm waiting for some LiFe's to come in at the LHS)
- install the opti-kill switch
- install the pilot and panel

For now I am going to fly it with the wing incidence in the stock position. I can't remember if I checked it when I first set the plane up 4 years ago but I'll bet it is at 0-0-0. I am going to order the wing incidence adjuster from J-Tech Radiowave and install it later.
Looking great Gordon. How did that cf landing gear work out for fit?

Re: 100cc Wildhare Extra 260 re-build

Thanks guys! I'll try to get a few final fully assembled pictures as soon as the weather breaks and I can get it outside! One of the clubs I belong to is talking about plowing the access road and runway AGAIN so with any luck there will be a re-maiden flight (and hopefuly video LOL) before the end of this month

On the otherhand, if some global warming does not kick in soon I might just have to drive over to Pro-RC's winter aerodrome in Florida

Hi Lorne, the CF main gear was fine but it was a wee bit narrower across the top than the stock gear. Because of this, the mounting holes had to be moved in more to the centreline. No problem at all. Thanks for the great gear!

Re: 100cc Wildhare Extra 260 re-build

Installed and plumbed the Fortitude fuel tank. These tanks are pretty light and you can't reef on the velcro straps to hold them in place. I built a small front mount which slips into a groove on the neck of the tank. The rear of the tank sits up agains the wing tube and the sides are held in place by the velcro straps.

Bolted the engine in place and added a fuel filter inline before hooking up to the the carb.
