I picked up 2 of these chargers for $200 shipped. http://cgi.ebay.ca/iMax-B5-RC-Lithiu...QQcmdZViewItem

came with adapters, power supplies etc. built in balancer and does up to 5S lipos, nmh, nicad and lead acid batteries. small and works good.

and he put down toy airplane parts on the shipping label and I paid zero taxes.... it also arrived in a few days. check out his store, he has cheaper chargers too and sells lipo batteries.
