It was great to see so many guys from Quebec and I applaud their tremendous efforts and sense of style

I first met "Elmo" in Ottawa at the Nats about 4 years ago and we seemed to hit it off right away. It was as if we had just talked when we met up here once again, and I can tell he really enjoyed the atmosphere at this year's Nats.
