G.T. Power Rc A6-D charger problems

POWER Rc A6-D dual power intelligent Battery manager and I have charged my 3s lipo on it a few times and had no problems and I recently charged it and it did not finish charging and all the charger said was CAPA flashing on the main screen and it doesn't explain or show that anywhere in the booklet that came with the charger and I can't find any info on it anywhere on the net, is there anyone that can help me figure this out and let me know what this means or what I should do. thanks __________________ Chris
