From another email I received...
BTW...It takes an 80 cent stamp to go to the US from Canada. "Just a quick reminder to get your Election ballot in the mail ASAP. This is your chance to make a difference in your organization. Find a stamp, mark your ballot, and put it in the mail...easy enough! We had over 20 ballots returned as undeliverable. If you have not received a ballot, it is because the address we have in the database is incorrect or your membership had expired by 10/1. To receive a ballot you MUST correct your personal information (instructions on the website on how to do this) including an email address and file a request for replacement ballot with the IMAC Webmaster(IMACWebmaster@mini-iac.com) . Upon confirmation your address was rejected by the system or returned, a new ballot will be mailed. REMEMBER THE DEADLINE IS NOV 30th.... ------------------------------- Also, the official vote on the proposed by-law changes is well underway. It is surprising how low the response has been so far (less than 7% of IMAC members have voted). This is an on-line voting process... you don't even need a stamp! Just login and go to the Members Only -> By-Law Proposal page and cast your vote TODAY. By-Law voting will run until midnight Nov 14th..."

That was for rule changes... this is for President... you have to mail in only. I didn't get mine and i asked them to fax but bylaws state must be mail in vote only. Hope I get my balot in time.

yeah Jim, rules changes -
I sent the other ballot back also, but I am surprised that so few have participated in the online ballots for the rules changes.
