Parkflyer A-330 Airbus Prototype

I've gotten a few questions concerning my little A-330, so here is a little info on it.

The A-330's wingspan is about 38" with elevator, rudder (with steering), and aileron control, while being powered by two stock GWS EDF 50 fans. I designed and built this prototype from concept to flight-ready in about 21 days, and it flew great. It would not ROG with a 600 mAh NiCd in it, although it came close on asphalt, (the nose came up real scale like) so I am now going to try a 1200HD LiPo, which will shave off about 3oz...I don't like hand launching, as it doesn't look scale. The plane is built out of balsa, and covered in MonoKote, with an ElectriFly receiver, 3 Hobbico CS-5 nano servos, and Du-Bro micro hardware.

Since there have been a few who've asked, I wouldn't mind building a bunch, just let me know, and let me know what you guys think of the plane!

Dean

PS. Yes that is my little Airbus in flight, and please note that this picture was taken at a remote soccer field, with nothing but trees behind the light posts.

Plane looks really nice. It would be an interesting addition to the hanger.
