losing range

I have a quick question.

When I was running my truck today I noticed that I was not able to control it as far away as I was the other day. Does that mean my batteries in my transmitter are dying?

Re: losing range

Well I think I figured out the problem. Just after I posted my question I took my truck out for a drive and I had not problem with the range. Shortly after running my truck for a bit I noticed my red light on my transmitter start flashing. I am guessing that the loss of range was due to low batteries.

Re: losing range

yes that is one problem the other one is the location where you are running.if there are alot of satelites around it could effect your distance.i find that happens with me on the occasion some places i can go 500 ft and other places only 30 ft

Re: losing range

Buy a load tester, sometimes batteries are charged but under load, they die quickly. It solved my problem of bad battery packs.
