Has anyone here purchased anything from this online store in the states http://www.helidirect.com/outrage-nr...ry-p-13176.hdx ? I am having a hard time finding these outrage rx lipos for my heli's. HeliDirect seems to have them in stock at a reasonable price. Just wondering if they are a reputable company?

I have in the past, honest to deal with but shipping is slow unless you ups it but then your paying brokerage fee's

no problems with helidirect norm. great to deal with. shipping about two weeks to nova scotia via USPS.

I've place at least 8 orders with them and they have always been good. Always USPS, not UPS. It has been reasonably fast for me, about one week.

Dealt with them for months when I first got into helis. Right up until I received an Email I owed for customs brokerage fees.

Asked for and got a copy of the invoice and it was only for $12, but still........

Are the shipping costs reasonable? I should think for 1-2 lipos it should be under $10?

Ordered from them one time and find the shipping somehow ok.

I checked the LiPos you have linked and put it in the shopping cart. Shipping calculator shows (Canada/2-pcs of LiPo):

USPS EMS (5days) - $33
USPS Priority (6 to 10 days) - $21.50
USPS First Class (Varies)- $6.51

I can say it is reasonable pricing. If you are looking for below $10 shipping, go for the 1st class. It doesn't have tracking number though.

I used their Priority on my 1st order and it took 14 business days to have it.

Ordered from them a few time found the service very good. One receiver was dead on arrival called them and they sent out a replacement out right away told me to toss the bad one. Always shipped USPS first class found it to be quite quick not much more than a week to PEI

I will have the NRG rx batteries in this Thursday will post the ETA soon on our website (www.rotorquest.com). Shipping is from $10-12 to NS (3-4 business days) by Canada Post Expedited. If you're interested please let me know.
