Flying at Princeton!
Yup, one last kick at the can! Will be there for a couple of days burning the kero through the Tutor! If any of the local lads have an interest in getting into jets and want to check it out. This will likely be the last fling before the snow hits. A group of us will be flying at the Princeton Airport...come by and say hello!

Hi Dean,
It will be nice to see the tutor flying... get some nice video and pics in nice sunshine this time... I will be up there for Saturday. I hope you will be able to recheck the CG of the Elan, as I move the turbine back a bit... 1 cm or so... I would also appreciate some of your time and masterly guidance for a few buddy box flights with my Elan... hoping the landing gear stays locked down this time. |

It was this weekend and wow did we get great weather.
Congrats Sean on your first flight although Dean was still connected you did all the work good on ya. Steve-o is still up there and Jon is heading up tomorrow I believe. The boomers were a plenty 3 elans and a torus a Carf spark,and a Carf tutor burned ltsa kero and smoke oil. It was -4 on the way up and it hit +14 at 1:00pm not bad and clear and a light breeze.

I’m envious. To bad it’s a 12 hour trip for me. Flying jets at Princeton is always a blast. Good to hear you had a good time.

Bruce u need a left coast bird that u can leave out here and we bring up for you
 Speaking of which I have a panther airframe with electronics minus turbine etc. If anyone is interested.

I thought that you would have heard Tofield has just been repaved , hot mix & new marking's , It's like flying off a pool table , and Bruce you do not have to drive 12 hour's . I flew there last weekend and this weekend past , Pretty nice !!! hopefully some of the BC people will entertain us this year , with some rib's @ the Tofield jet rally . Cheer's Nate . |

...the logistical problem is getting the pilot(s) down there...in a timely manner...
 Ah well, at least we have a full week of sunny weather and a freshly paved oh-so-smooth runway to fly from.......
