TROPHY'S WILL BE AWARDED TO THE 1st, 2ND and 3RD PLACE TEAMS. (There will not be cash prizes.)

Tentative Schedule:

Track opens 9:00 am
Open practice 9:00am to 10:00am
Drivers meeting 10:15 am
Race starts at 11:00 am
Race ends at 3:00 pm
Awards 3:15pm
Open Practice after the Awards, Everyone Welcome
Track closes 5:30 pm


This Race will require a minimum of 7 teams of four racers. The maximum team entries accepted will be 15 teams of four racers.


Registration Fee- $120 per team


PREPAYMENT ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TEAMS ENTRIES OR PAYMENT ON THE DAY OF THE RACE.

YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY AS A TEAM. NO INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Prepayment Required to confirm registration. Entry Deadline is MONDAY, Oct 13, 2008.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FROM AT LEAST 7 TEAMS BY OCT,13/08 the race will be canceled and all money will be refunded by OCT. 15/08

RULES

1. Each team member will rotate between driving every 30 or 60 mins. Team members will rotate between pitting and marshaling whenever they want as long as they have a marshal on the track at all times. No team member will drive more than 60 minutes.

2. Teams must use the same vehicle for the duration of the race. All Parts can be repaired or replaced during the race except the chassis.

3. Each team is required to have a marshal on the track at all times during the race. Absent team marshals will result in the team being penalized one lap for each 30 seconds the marshal is absent.

4. Truggy's will be teched according to Glorcs Rules.

5. Each team will be given a number In paid registration sequence from 1 TO 15. This Number represents the order in which each teams starting driver will choose their position on the driver stand. The Number will also represent your teams marshaling position.
