What to build
Hi guys,
I just got into rc this year and got a Revo and love it, but, I want to build a car over the winter to race next year (on outdoor track). I was wondering what class would be better for me to build something for (electric buggy, electric stadium truck, or nitro stadium truck? Thanks Dave |

nitro stadium would probably be your best bet.
it is our second most popular class and they are very easy to build and parts are everywheres for them. if you wanna build one then you should look for a roller and buy engines and radio later. I know that the mugen mst-1 is a very nice truck and is not too too expensive to buy as a roller. The xxx-nt is also very good and very similar to the mst-1 but parts are easily available. for an engine. a o.s .12 cv-r is the best bang for the buck. Good power and very reliable. hope this helps oh and 1/8th buggy is a fun class. |

I have been looking at stadium trucks.....and the rc10gt has caught my eye....
I do like the 1/8 buggies as well but the kits are very expensive.....I looked at the GS Storm kits and a few others, if you know of any that i should look at and are a good deal let me know... Thanks Dave |

What are some 1/8 buggies I should look at? It is hard to find info on some of them...... I managed to find some sites about GS, Xray, and Mugen....but I hear that Kyosho makes a good one. If you know of any websites let me know......... I looked at the Losi xxx-nt stadium truck (the adam drake is the kit they make) and it looks good......but if you have a link to any others let me know.....
Thanks Dave |
