SOGGI "Bird Bash"

Had a chance to attend as a spectator the SOGGI Big Bird bash outside Hamilton last weekend with my old Gliding Buddy from Denmark (Who I had'nt seen for 50 years!)
What a thrill it was to watch these beautiful birds shooting op by winch starts-
An the warm welcome we received by all the members and especially Dick Colley, who was kind enough to guide us to the flying field- Thanks Dick!-- Saturday we are picking up a Bird of Time Kit for my friend to take back to Denmark
