I bought their Ultimate direct from Aus. (international button on their website) and have ordered from PA direct lots of times for parts and such for the ultimate with no problems also. Fast shipping and no extra charges when you get it also. If you order from their american outlet you will get charged duty and brokerage fees because they will only use UPS.
BTW you will love the AMR Ultimate, it is awesome for 3d and pretty much anything you throw at it, I've had mine for two seasons now. Set it up like the manual says and you'll have no problems.

I'll throw in my opinion of PA. Have 4 260, extra MX, bandit and amr. All fantastic planes. But PA USA is a freaking joke!!!

Ordered bandit in early April. Got email a day after order saying it shipped. 3 weeks later any sign of it. Call for tracking. No answer. Send emails. No answer. After 3 calls and mail, oops we didn't ship it, just billed card!!!
They say they will ship it express, at their cost, didn't, came 2.5 weeks later.
Order was incomplete, missing 3 of 12 items. Worst of all, they shipped wrong motor.

They apologized again. Gonna give me a perk on next order. They subsequent sale, so I order amr and bunch of stuff. Shows stock. Not in stock. Took nearly 6 weeks. Called and emailed multiple times no answer trying to suggest putting missed stuff in amr shipment.-
Finally amr ships, comes, promised perk, a extra spare motor, not there, and 1 of the 3 item from bandit order is still missing.-
Call, call,call, email,email,email. No answer!!!

I finally started spamming PA australia , the hq, they promise to get some action from USA. A refund from missing stuff. Waited one month before complaining. Aus promised again. Pleased to say that refund final cleared 2days ago.

PA aus asked how can they compensate me from this terrible service. I suggest they ship me a new kantana MX airframe. They offered a 50% discount and no shipping.

Try sending a email to pa USA. You get a response, we're too busy unpacking the container to answer emails. Well that what I got since April. Phone same.-

That being said, I would suggest the you avoid direct PA orders.-

On another note, since my pa problems, I picked up a extreme flight 48edge, 48 mxs and 60 edge, and a zero gravity pitts python (thx Nick).

PA planes fly great, but my EF all are better, and Nick's python is better than the pa amr.

I also have a 3dhs 71 aj slick and 58 edge, edge is good or better that pa. Slick is best of all.

PM hobbycraft was caring PA. But pa aus will only let them order by the container, about $30000 per order. They have not restocked in 8 months. The aren't listing stuff, suspect they are not going to continue.

If you want a PA plane, I suggest you call Andrew Gross at Skycraft in Burlington. They had an amr there this summer. I asked and they said they could order in pa for me. Their order prices on other stuff (sebart) were the same or less than my delivered and dutied orders. Strongly suggest you leave the hassles to them and avoid direct order from pa.

Anyways wish you good luck. You have been warned. Fly low, fly EF and 3dhs!!!

I can believe what John has stated. If you have to send then something for service, be sore to keep the tracking number. There might be a black hole over there that needs 50% retail for a new speed control. LOL
