They will work. They plug into your rx or a separate power supply, your choice.

theres TONS of places/componies that make led kits for rc's. ive done it on a few rigs, im sure theres alot of people here who have. Rc4wd makes some for scalers. a vendor on rcshortcoursetalk.com, the only short course forum worth checking out, is working on some i think.

I bought gt pro 12 led light set off ebay. The install took aprox 5 mins. The instructions were very sinple connect chan 1 to chan 1 using the supplied Y connector and the same chan 2. I havent mounted the lights yet as I'm prepairing to paint the shell for them. But the lights work great and super bright. Think the price is around $40.

the g.t power kits are great bang for buck led light systems.
used them on a couple of kits and they would great. using on my one of my savage 4.6 bodies and it gives great light and has some cool features. also i use a separate 6v hump pack to power the lights as it doesn't drain the pack that i use for my servos and receiver. you can find the kit on ebay quite cheaply. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/G-T-Power-Con...item5af09b8c76 |
