Re: OS 26 Surpass 4 stroke New in Box

So just the clamp on muffler is missing, you still have the exhaust pipe? If the exhaust pipe is included I'll take it at your asking price. PM me your payment address for paypal or EMT.

Thx

Re: OS 26 Surpass 4 stroke New in Box

On the 26 Surpass 4 stroke the muffler is a small aluminum tube with tappers on each end with one end having a set screw that holes it on to the pipe ..and yes the pipe in on it ..the part would be no more than 8.00 or so ..any way give me a call ..tonight 519-357-2545 chris

Re: OS 26 Surpass 4 stroke New in Box

Gas RC airplane engines are either 2 stroke or 4 stroke. Two stroke engines are cheaper and much easier to operate. They can also be faster then 4 strokes sometimes. Four stroke engines take less fuel, and offer a more realistic look and sound for your plane. Four strokes also provide much more torque then 2 stroke engines.... I didn't write this ..came off the net ..

But in my experience you can turn a larger prop at the lower RPM characteristic of a four stroke and get more torque ..more realistic performance rather than the balls to the wall of a 2 stroke ..i like the sound too.

You should be able to look up both on the net and compare the stated HP but realize that the 2 stroke rating will be at max RPM and probably using a small prop ..not the real world ....

Re: OS 26 Surpass 4 stroke New in Box

Power of 4 stroke is generally 65% of same displacement 2 stroke. That figure closes the gap on bigger 4 strokes. A 1.80 Saito is nearly par with Moki of same size. That is unless the Engine Review editors are full of it. I don't have the equipment to judge, just the reviews.
