The next MRCR race is set for Sunday August 31, 2008 at the Grand Falls track. The weather forecast is so so. We are keeping an eye on it.

For those that plan on attending the Grand Falls race please make sure that you have a cable for the transponder (male-male). I have none left (sold them all at the PEI race). We dried out the supplier and now they are all on back order. If you have any questions, let me know at info@mrcr.ca.

I just got off the phone with the track owner. It seems we can't trust the weather forecasts online... We checked a few sites and none of them forecast the same thing. A few US sites and the news radio up there are calling for 30%. So, until tomorrow at 12noon, we are heading up. Check again here for more info...

We'll the forecast, again, is changing. For the better. I talked to the track owner and it's nice and sunny there now. The forecast is calling for clouds and a much lower chance of showers. I'll post again with another update around noon...
