Has anyone had any problems with online ordering from GH recently?
I placed an order on Feb. 12, received the automated confirmation.....then nothing!.
In the past they have always responded quickly to an order and notify if an item is b/ordered.

I've sent 2 e-mails and another one this morning to find the status of the order but no replies so far.
If I don't hear from them today, I'll phone them.

I have had a few problems like that in the passed
They have always delt with any problems but sometimes requires a phone call for faster service

Placed an online order with them just last week. Since it qualified, I used the free shipping option. It arrived Monday.

Double-check that everything you ordered was in stock for online purchase. You can also give them a call or send an email. I've always found their customer service to be good.

My last order in January from Great Hobbies took 3 weeks to get here.
I ordered the same day from Hobby Wholesale and it arrived in only 5 days. (about same size and dollar value)

My last HK order also took 3 weeks but that can be expected with them.

Great Hobbies is my LHS - even ordering for in-store pickup can take a long time if their warehouse doesn't have it in stock. Still love the place, though!

I expereinced an unusal delay a few weeks back. When I enquired they told me that they had updated one of their systems and that caused a back up in orders.
