Re: nano 130c battery

I received 2 4s 2250 65-130 batteries last night . Static tests with a e flite 3600 kv motor and stock fan were 920 watts at 58amps , great improvement over the 40C 2250 which stabilized around 710 watts . It's like running a 5s , not sure about flight duration. I will test tomorrow weather permitting.

Re: nano 130c battery

Cycled the batteries twice and tried them in 70mm F16, and 70mm Dassault Alpha. AWESOME power upgrade . Cells stay perfectly balanced and the package size is the same as 40C Hobbyking brands .Bench test your setup before flight, they really do push through more amps, so if your ESC is borderline ......you might need to upgrade.

Re: nano 130c battery

Well mother nature was nice to us this weekend . I put 8 flights on her and I can say I see a noticeable difference Takeoff is shorter, and after 6 min mostly full the batteries are not even warm they read 3.75 volts per cell. I could get an other min out of them no problem. Great batteries so far. Oh and charging takes 15 min. Bonus .

Where are you getting 3.75 V/C from??

Ive run the nano's myself, they are hit and miss I think.....

When I get new lipo's,I always break them in,not cycled on the charger, but using (track light bulbs)then I can add a steady amp load on them,I add light bulbs to each discharge to increase the steady amp draw up to 75 amps.

I find that this really helps the lipo out for longer life, higher amp draws, and under load.

To find out how good they are you should really see how they hold up under load.

My 2 3s 4000's that I use in series for my stryker, have shown that they are not holding up very good........my 4s 4000 though holds great voltage under high amp draw.......so this is why I say hit and miss,Im testing some Team Great Hobbies 50c lipo's right now,Im hoping they will hold there voltage BETTER than the nano's.....we'll see....Ill keep you all posted..

Re: nano 130c battery

my charger has individual cell read out. I check after each flight. Are your nano's the 130c ones I am using? They are different than the 45-90 I agree that those ones are all over the place, that's why I am using and loving these so much.

Re: nano 130c battery

Thought I'd order a couple since your findings are favourable. Put 2 in my cart and the pop-up says spend $100 and get a free helicopter! What the hell says I and order 4 instead. Add the helicopter and it says no, you can't do that - these are 2 different warehouses. I delete that heli and add one from the global warehouse. That adds $150. Only the heli from the US Warehouse is free. I delete the global batt order and go to the US site - they dont have the batts.
Maybe I'll order 2 tomorrow. I'm too tired now
