Good evening gents,
Well, I just got back from our weekly indoor meet. I threw my GWS Stick in the car and went to the school for a few flights.
We only had 3 guys flying tonight, so I had the chance to get a lot of stick time. With a half dozen charged batteries, I estimate I got about 35~40 minutes of actual flying time. (Those lithiums are killer! )
I was doing lazy circuits and figure 8s and thinking to myself...."man, does it get any better than this?" About the only thing I could think that is better is doing the exact same thing at the field on a warm summer evening.
It's funny how getting a bit of stick time makes me forget about everything else.
Going to bed with a smile on my face.
