End Play???

i have an ofna 12 motor and it has excessive end play between the motor and flywheel..how can this be fixed??

can you tell where the play is originating from? If I understand you correctly, you're saying that the collet doesn't butt right up against the front bearing, correct? If that's the case simply remove the flywheel and push the collet right up against the front bearing (or shim(s) ) and re-install the flywheel. Make sure the flywheel nut is good and tight and re-check it.

Pix would be helpful too.

make sure you didnt run out off threads and the nut isnt bottomed out. Not allowing it to push the collet to the bearing.
