Hi Ken
Yes the article on S.M.A.L.L is there and very interesting too. If I was'nt working on the 23 I would of went and participate with my little ME-109 powered by an OS .15 CV Df with tune pipe. Lots of fun to fly |

Hi guys, thanks for the nice words, I really appreciate it. I should also thank all of those who have called me directly, as their support and enthusiasm are important, and also much appreciated. I'm really glad you guys like the new magazine!
How about the rest of you guys...have you received your copies of FRCC/DRCC? It's been out for a bit, and I noticed that some guys got it the next day, while others apparently still have not. Please keep me posted, as I need the feedback! Thanks again! Take care, Dean |

Received mine in Moncton today. Just glanced through it quickly so no comment on content but it looks nice.

I found the magazine a little on the light side. A couple of A.R.F. reviews, a simulator review and a couple of fun fly reports. Then I got to the middle and the text and pictures turned upside down! It took a while to realise what had happened.
I did like the fact that the articles where complete. None of the usual "Cont on page 105" three more sentences then "Cont on page 196" and so on. I am committed to the first one year subscription. I will see how it goes. Ed S |

I agree with Ed...but I will subscribe too....I'm not too much a car fan tho....but the car guys would like the stuff they got there too. Nice article by our rccanada bud Andrew.
It's a good start for our own magazine in Canada...would like to see more local scene picks across Canada...like a club of the month??? Hint!!!

As a paying subscriber, I am entitled to my own opinions...
I was pretty pleased with the first issue, and I am looking forward to seeing it go from its infancy to something we can all get something out of - and hopefully cater to us Canadian's in terms of many aspects of the hobby. I congratulate Dean and his staff on a job well done. Yes, there is always room for improvement but I am prepared to give it a chance, and watch it grow.. Just knowing a little of whats involved to turn out such a magazine with my work for Fly RC, I applaud Dean's efforts to even begin down this road. Now we need to support the mag and watch it flourish. Congrats!
