A Huge Thank-You to RC and The Industry.

Just in March, I decided to buy a Traxxas Rustler, I loved it and was so amazed by the power(It was my first RC car.) Later on, I thought it would be cool to try a nitro car, so on April 30 i bought a jato 3.3 and wow, thats all i can say. Enough with the biography though. I just wanted to say how thankful I am to have a hobby like this. Not just because of the money I have to spend and the entertainment, but the people. I say this because I have never met anybody as willing to help and teach as everybody here does. I have been on a few forums before for paint ball, and biking and a bunch of things, but everybody thinks that they are better than everybody else and are like, oh if you don't have a 3000$ bike your not cool. But here, everybody is wiling to help fix a car or give somebody they just met will give them a spare part because they just broke it. And my neighbors grandpa was over at his grandchild's house, and i was out back-flipping my jato and he came over and told me he had a t-maxx and about 30 other cars. So he said next time he came he would bring me an old engine to work on and see how it works inside and learn all about for when something happens to my engine, and hes also bringing over a bunch of info so i can make my jato faster. The thing is though, i barely know him and hes already helping me out with everything.

I honestly didn't know that this hobby is as great as it is. Thanks everybody and keep doing what your doing. In the next while i have a feeling that a lot of new people are going to be coming to this hobby.

Thanks a lot to EVERYBODY

I think you'll find that most people on here are pretty down to earth. I will give you that certain other hobbies people are elitist that's why I left my local paintball forums for a large site in the states. the large sites user base is made up of players that have been playing for years. I liken offroadrc and -------- to that large site (mcarterbrown.com in case you're wondering) as here it's 99.9 percent mature people who are here for the love of the hobby and not because they want to knock on newbies same as over on the forum for paintball I'm on people are past the I have to have the fastest gun stage now they appreciate a gun for what it can do or that it even still works after sometimes 20 years lol. case in point my brass pump is as old as I am lol. but honestly yea it's a good community here I've always felt welcome. not that you won't find a few bad apples here and there but overall great community spirit here and also on --------

I'll also extend my thanks to both forums for keeping me in the hobby I love
