Contacted Mini Bolt. They Do not have them.
Great Hobbies said they could probably fit 2 or 3 packages into a letter envelope for the price of a stamp
Since it is an HPI product. There are several local shops in the GTA that can order them in with no additional cost of shipping.

Ok you say brafasco has them if you are near by go and pick them up and while you are there buy some 4/40 threaded rod two or three pieces should get you to the $10. minimum sale Somewhere you will find a home for this rod. I bought it and used carbon fibre as an outer case both for extra strength and looks

Found the HPI packaged screws at Pinnacle Hobby today.
Thanks for all the suggestions everyone and Thanks "HenryPel" for finding and pointing out the HPI ones. HPI parts are easy to find.
