question about hobbyking

Hello there. I've ordered many small items from hobbyking and never had a real problem other then a bad battery. No big deal cause its not a big loss. But now i wish to buy a bigger ticket item, A PLANE. I'm a little worried cause its a long way for some fragile foam to travel in a box. Has anyone who ordered planes from Hobbyking ever had a problem? THX for any and all feedback

PS or can anyone tell me where I can find an EPO AXN Floater-Jet here in Canada?

Re: question about hobbyking

just bought a trainer for a friend, (RTF) was missing receiver, came with a few dings on it, no biggie, but trying to get a replacement receiver from them has been a huge pain, had the plane for 3 weeks now and still nothing. Their response;

we are working very hard to solve problem and satisfy our customers but many back log issues to deal with please be patient

Take your chances

I have to say,, Out of all the company's I have purchased planes from in the past... HK By far, packs there models better than any other company. I must have odered over 15 diffrent planes from them over the years, and have never found so much as a scratch.
