35% Exclusiv Modellbau Challenger III - BBT
WOOT!!!

Decided to try my hand at another Exclusiv Modellbau Bipe, after having such a blast with the 58% Pitts

This is EMHW's latest 35% bipe kit since new ownership at EMHW.... supposedly a lighter plane with a number of design tweaks and styling changes!! I bought it from the North American distributor, Vogellsang AeroScale www.teamaeroscale.com

I wanted to do a bipe that was 3D capable and with Bdegan and Bradleyban flying/building the EMHW Ultimates, I decided to give this one a shot

Power will be a 3W110CS on RE3 Tuned Pipes and Smoke

Guidance will be my 14MZ and full Futaba SBUS HV system (8ch dual port SBUS + BLS172HV servos).

Got it unpacked tonight

Beautiful detail on the cowl and a very complete kit, including spinner, wheels and a full pack of hardware.

A couple interesting features I see right away are:

1) A 1/64 plywood t-deck sheeting (same as my 58% Pitts, but new for the 35% line-up!!) --- I really like this!!!

2) A very different design of landing gear!!! - excited to see how it goes together!
