I guess you people have noticed that HK sells world wide and just because tiny market like Canada would not use their product due to over zealous club rules or ambulance chasing lawyers, would not stop them. There are plenty of countries out there that freely allow modelers to blow themselves up to their harts content with no repercussions. That market is wide open for this junk. It is up to you, the buyer, to decide if this is safe or legal in your country
