I need help/advice!!!

Hey everyone, I put a new O.S. RZ V99B in my hyper7 pro. The clutch bells that fit are from the HPI Savage. In two runs, I stripped a 16 tooth and 18 tooth clutch bell. The first time I screwed up the gear mesh, but the second Ilbthr got it to a tee and it stripped on me today. Is it because the metal on the clutch is getting hot and soft, or do I need a hardend clutch bell? But if I get a hardend clutch bell, won't it strip my metal spur gear? Please help me!!!

Try Pinnacle Hobby first. Dave or Ron might have something. You could also try Hobby Hobby or John's Photo and Hobby. Maybe Galaxy Hobby. Any good lhs should be able to get you the OFNA 3 piece clutch set-up. It's what you will want. For your buggy get a 13 tooth clutch bell. 14 if you want more speed. The 16 or 18 tooth will make your buggy fast on asphalt but will lack torque. It will be hard on the engine and clutch.

I cant find the right clutch bell to fit my O.S. The hardend savy clutch bell isn't sold seperately and is not as hard as the ofna ones. The ofna ones are too long for my setup so im very frustrated and puzzled...Someone HELP!!!
