Now I can cowl it. I did not baffle the last one with the GP176. It seamed fine. Not sure if I might duct up this cowl. I did find the 1/4" craft foam that some use (hmmm).

Trevor, were the headers a little longer for your ZDZ 180 verse Andy's 160? Andy gave me 13.5".

I think they were pretty close Dale - the 160 and 180 was within 1/4". I highly recommend baffling the ZDZ's - they don't like it when they get hot

I'm just cowling it now. Yes it is going to get some baffling.
Thank-you for the header lengths.

Heading out to work now.
Get back to this thing late this eve.

Assembled to balance. Now I can mount my batteries. Ran the ZDZ 160/RE3's last eve, no leaks

Dale... Here in the East we're really counting on Brodie to show you old farts how to use a video camera!! We're all starting to think no one flies out there except Lorne who is the only one we've seen fly in a video this year!!! . All just pictures of poses with airplanes on the ground.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

I've been busy working this summer no time to fly. Or it's raining or wind when I'm off lol

Yep, Lorne has vids but he still suffers from VVS!

There is talk that Dale's inverted 2ft passes are staged! The NASA moon walk conspiracy guys are sure they see cables in those pics! We need some real horizontal video evidence!

There is also a really ugly rumour that Jack used a body double to swing the Ch$&t Crusher in his video epic! LOL

So, is the old wind excuse keeping you grounded? You really need to dig deeper living on the prairies. We would have accepted, spending time with the little guy and wife. No worries buddy we all had to change our flying habits when our kiddies came along.
