So traxxas finally released a truck with hop-ups that most people have already done in the past. Kudos to them for being so current and on top of peoples demands. Instead of including mods on old revo labeled new, why don't they think of entering the truggy class. Considering people mod the revo to be similar to a truggy, just create one. Not impressed with traxxas.

Bottom Line

The reason is in the numbers....take a look at the T-maxx, it has no relative competative element, very few people race it but it remains Traxxas' number one sell for the past seven years and right behind it is the REVO. It's like changing the taste of Coke....gets people in a fuss, puts the product in the headlines, more product sells...mission accomplished.

I'd like to see a true pro kit, one sold as a roller so you don't have to sell the pipe and motor after you buy it..... especially those of us that like to do brushless conversions :P

I think the REVO should be offered as a roller...no engine, and not electronics. I haven't met very many people that competitively race a REVO with any of the stock electronics.
