Telemetry: What's the maximum temp an ESC can reach before burning?

I just installed the telemetry module in my Funjet and I'd like to monitor the temperature of my ESC but I'm not sure what I should set it at to alarm me if it gets too hot...

What's the optimum temperature an ESC can reach before causing any damage or burning out?

Thanks in advance!!!

From Castle's page:

Controller temperature must never exceed 100C (212F)

Good starting point.
