Yeah, I saw the kit on there. Unfortunately, I'm probably going to have to save up for this kit, so no jumping on deals right now.

Good call Tyler!! Save up and get a new kit with the light foam and new wood!! Because the Yaks are so round, there is lots of foam and sheeting on them and not many places to save weight --> the new foam and wood creates a real advantage over the older kits due to the weight savings.

Great idea also to build it yourself!! IMO, the Yak's are the toughest build of any Carden due to all the shaping and sanding, so if you can pull off a Yak, the rest are a breeze!!
