No carb here, ... BUT I do have a whole near new GP42 in the box here for you.

Well, let's see. You have an engine and you need a carb? The TT GP42 carb is rather unique in that the base of it is flanged and it attaches to the engine with two screws. Most engines utilize a carburator that has a shank that inserts into the crankcase and it is secured by a pinch bar. So it is unlikely you will find a carb for your GP42 from another modeller. However, if it were the shank type your chances would be pretty good.

Your options as I see them are:

1. order a new carb from GreatHobbies. ($36+tx+ship)

2. buy a new GP42 ($85+tx+ship) and between the one you have and the new one you will have spare parts. http://www.greathobbies.com/products...rod_id=TTT42GP

3. same as 2 above, but find a used GP42 here or off of Ebay ($60 to $75 + ship).

4. this guy here on RCC is looking for a GP42, but doesn't want or care for the carb as he wants to go control line. You could sell your engine to him and go buy another or maybe he has another engine to trade you for it. www.rccanada.ca/bb/viewtopic.php?t=22728
