AMAC Swapmeet 2013! "Everything R/C Expo"
The Aurora Model Aircraft Club is once again proud to announce our annual swapmeet Saturday March 2nd 2013 from 9am-2pm at the Newmarket Community Center, 200 Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket ON.
This year we are pleased to announce an "Everything R/C" theme, and encourage vendors, swappers and visitors to consider other aspects of Radio Control besides model aviation, such as R/C Cars, Boats, Robots etc in a continuing effort to expand our swapmeet into something more grand like a an "R/C Expo" or a true "Toledo North" as some have called it. We will have our usual raffle with many great prizes and will have a designated model gallery area where we would love you to bring your unique masterptieces for displaying to the R/C public. If we get enough models on display, we may also consider a model "Beauty Contest" with a few prizes  As usual, we have a table layout already in basic planning and are ready for vendor/swapper table reservations, please see the contact info on our attached poster. Refreshments will be served on site, switching from a Breakfast to a Lunch Menu. If the weather is still cold, the Skating rink outside the Community Center will be available for use, so bring the family and make a day of it! We are looking for more hobby retailers to set up shop at our show, with an emphasis on everything R/C this year we look forward to seeing you and your great products at the show! Mac Mag was a boo-boo.
Based on feeback over the years, the swap organisers want to try a saturday swap meet. Date was booked but the wrong date was on the initial MAAC mag addy. The correct date is SATURDAY. Next edition of the MAAC addy will have the correct date PS- please leave us feedback over Saturday vs Sunday for future events

Canada Post will not like that. There is no L43 1A8 The 3 is an E
Canada Post might have delivered it but it would have been routed to some sorting and address correction place and could take a while this time of year. L4E 1A8 |
