If you're not making your own canopy, that might be a problem to find.

I'd be interest to know if anyone finds a source.

Other than that, if someone finds a good similar alternative, I can tweek the plans bigger or smaller to fit it.

Having a canopy source saves alot of time, instead of making your own mould.

Re: Dh Chipmunk-nelitz

Actually Mike,it looks like Fiberglass Specialties has one that is for the out of production OHIO models one. That kit was the same scale and span as Mr.Nelitz plans so I think it should do the trick. They even have a FG cowl that may work as well.

Just want to let you know that G&L Hobbies in the U.S. has a Chipmunk semi kit for sale.
Fiberglass fuse and cowl. Foam wing cores also come with it. If my memory doesn't fail me the wingspan is around 89". They have a web page.

Re: Dh Chipmunk-nelitz

Looks interesting oldpilot. Something to think about.I love working with wood though and a one piece wing at 86 ins is a bit challenging to transport. But! one never knows.
