He was the one that got it lost in the setting sun while I was landing the launch plane, I had it turned around and heading home so yes, technically, my thumbs were the ones on the sticks at splash down!

You know if we had brought a fishing rod we could have flown, fished and canoed all in the same evening!

Probably the best landing I made all year-----AFTER I damaged and had to remove wheel pants on previous landing!!
TopFlite Stinson SR9/DLE35RA/using full flaps. Great day of flying with James.
