I didn't with almost disastrous results. Lucky for me my h9 260 is light. It was a long glide back to the runway

Also remember to have someone check your plane. There was a case of aileron reversal this weekend. Me and my buddy raced out to help and lucky for the owner of the plane my buddy figured out which way the plane was going first and grabbed the tx. Minimal damage. If I had grabbed it the outcome may not have been so good

I have actually practiced flying with reversed ailerons on my sim. Not an easy task, I have to think really hard about flying straight and level. Haven't had to think that hard since I was a student.

Reversed Ailerons!... No Brainer!

DON'T USE THE AILERONS!

Fly rudder only and bring it down like yesterday!

Here is a question I have....

doesn't anyone check the directions of surfaces before a flight anymore?

Also...what is a glow plug...and why should I put one in my plane?

I think he meant spark plug.
But could be the high-current motor to speed control plug?

Or... by "plug" he might have meant another "sponsor" sticker on his plane...

If you don't fly like you have sponsors you might as well LOOK like you have sponsors.

I check before every flight! But yes the guy made a huge mistake. I got someone else to look at my plane before my first flight just in case.

I told my buddy to just use rudder but of coarse this plane was never properly trimmed so it had bad pitch coupling was tail heavy and so on. I will never understand why people don't spend some time and trim out their planes even a little?
