MJ thanks for all the info i still have not gotten a reply from castle creation at all, hopefully they will reply and help fix this issue for me! I made no other changes to my heli and my gear meshing was perfect!

Sad to say this little bbq is going to cost some cash to fix!

When i get a responce from castle i will post it here!

Just got off the phone with castle creations, if i could find a copy of my reciept they would fix the said ESC for free! Without it they want 75$$ add to that the cost to repair my heli!!! Complete BS if you ask me!!!

Looks like the cap is made by Rubycon. I have a Castle Ice 75 on one of my Atoms. I have about 30 flights on that one and so far no issues. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way for a very long time.

Well, I'll rule out that the caps were the problem. If they are Rubycon, they are Japanese made and much better quality than their Chinese counterparts. That was my first though, cheap caps causing a surge when they blow.

Sorry Brian ... hey I still fly a Castle 160HV in my goblin a Castle 50 in my Trex 450 and a Castle 120HV in a Trex 700e. And I'm not about to change either! I love these esc's ... easy to program, great gov, bail out is sweet and you can roast marshmallow's when hunger strikes! What else could you ask for Just don't fly like that freak buddy of mine and you'll be fine!!! lol
