Re: Trex 250 pro dfc build and discussion

Alrighty, got a new problem now. Out flying today, had an "off pad" landing (in some thicker grass), struck gently, didn't break anything. However, the mast retainer that keeps the mast from slipping down got pushed up, and the blades got crossed. On landing, I killed throttle, but hit idle up instead of hold. There was no fighting the grass, I did realize the error rather quickly. Now, after a battery change, I get to slightly above half throttle, and the helicopter starts to beat itself. Some sort of wild vibration that shakes the rotor disc quite severely. Lower the throttle to half and it disappears. I have checked the blades, there is a tiny chip out of the finish at the edge of the root. Other than that, the servos appear intact with no interruptions in operation. I did tighten the grips slightly. I did notice a fine dusting of powder - looks like carbon dust - on the frame. All other nuts, bolts, links, etc. are nice and tight. No signs of stripping on the gear.
Any ideas?
