With the bad radio system, try to narrow it down to the component level (ie, transmitter or receiver or crystal or switch harness or servo) by substituting in known good components.

Once we know which part is failing we can investigate possible reasons.

I have had problems with JR stuff before it sounds like your receiver on the truck. JR will warranty it if you send it to them or maybe if you call them they will just send you a new one.I have done this so i know they are good at replacing stuff.Tell them it was broken from the start.

I had the same problem with my FG monster beetle. I replaced the whole radio system, new tx and rx, problem solved. I get way better range out of my FG now

had a similar problem , ended up being dirt inside the reciever ( dirt can contain lots of tiny bits of iron and other metals) causing the reciever to glitch off jumps , cleaned out the dirt and now it's ok.

has anyone here ever hear of crank bearings causing interference with the radio receiver (JR125) ? its a mach.26ss in an aftershock. this is what horizon hobbies told me it was that was causing the interference was my crank bearings cause it only happens when the engine is running not when its off.
