Okay so I posted for a set a plans in the wanted section but got no where so I will try here my dad was recently given a Balsa USA 1/6 Sopwith Pup and he is looking for a copy of the plans along with the manual so he can finish it up. I know you can order them from Balsa USA but with our dollar being horrible it comes up to over $80 just for the plans and manual plus shipping. I am asking if anybody has a set that they would be willing to sell as I hate to have to resort to buying a kit of the plane.

William

I know you have been looking for a while but the obvious is;

If you go with the kit you may be able to buy it without plans. If you want to scratch build the Dave Boddington 1/6 plans are well known but use rubber bands to hold on the wings. A guy in our club is building from the Bud Rhone plans this winter (also 1/6). They seem lighter and a little more scale.

Thank you for the suggestion the plane is almost fully assembled however the previous builder some how screwed up the top wing and the one side needs replacing.

Oh, I thought you were looking for plans for a project, not a repair.

The plane is built but the top right wing is in bad shape and the fuse needs some repairs, getting the plans wouldn't be a problem if our dollar wasn't so terrible

Checked on plans at Bqalsa USA. Cost for plan plus shipping and exchange rate would be between$70 and $80. If they took canadian tire money that would be nice
