Hey everyone...I was just wondering, for my muggy, what engine do you prefer? From your own experience which engine has the most power for a truggy. Also what gas do you prefer. I am currently using Works 30% but fast cats no longer sells it so i have to switch. Thanks for the help everyone. I just want to get everyones opinion because I have only been racing r/c for a year at hardcore and this summer i want to check out different tracks but i want a good engine so a can somewhat be competition

Well for a Muggy I'd go with at least a .28. How much are you willing to spend? If you're willing to spend a little go with eith the Novarossi 528XR (8 port) or the RB TM928. Both of these engines are BALLISTIC!! If money's a little tighter than a Sure Fire .32 or Axial .28 or .32 will more than do the job. The Werks Teamline .28 is another inexpensive MISSILE! The STS .28 and .30 have lots of power and are inexpensive as well. many many options are open to you! Money and personal tastes will dictate what you end up with.

Muggy's really heavy compared to say an 8T or MBX5T so a good .28+ engine would be the way to go.

if your gunna race dont go more than a .28 (ROAR sanctioned races give a .28 engine limit) so id say the nova rossi. and see if you can get a weight reduction kit for that muggy, that thing is a BEASSTTTT

again if you're racing here in GLORCS or club races you can run whatever engine you want! .32s are legal!
